Significant space saving achieved using twin spindles which allows simultaneous machining of two parts. The X, Y and Z axes can be corrected independently allowing customers to cover every process from rough to finish machining.
A Tilt-Index table is standard in this machine. This allows the NX420 to machine a larger area on the component which can reduce the need for more machines.
The new Z-axis structure facilitates efficient chip evacuation to increase machine up time.
